Poison Ivy's body chemistry was altered and now she is more plant than human. She's able to exude a variety of flora-based poisons and mind-numbing pheromones, which gives her immunity to them and makes even her touch fatal.
Ivy also has limited control over certain plant life, including monstrous hybrids she's personally bioengineered.
Other weapons include poisoned darts, fingernails and even lipstick. Ivy is also highly skilled in archery.

An unwilling experiment in plant/animal hybridization, Woodrue transformed Isley into a beautiful creature whose veins pumped toxins, while her skin exuded pheromones which quite literally drove men wild.

To support her own botanical whims and extravagant lifestyle, Isley began a life of crime, gravitating to Gotham City and an obsession with the Batman. Finding herself far too often incarcerated among Gotham's lunatic fringe in Arkham Asylum, Ive escaped and secreted herself on a barren Caribbean island, which she transformed into a lush, verdant paradise all her own. Unfortunately, her secret garden was destroyed my mercenaries, which led Ivy on a trail of vengeance back to Gotham and Arkham Asylum.

Recently, Ivy attempted to turn the earthquake-ravaged Gotham into a jungle of her own design, though her plans were thwarted by Catwoman.
